Title: Help getting a car ready for the road...
Post by: Andy T on February 20, 2006, 11:39:14 PM
Hi,

I have had my rex sitting around for a year or so without running it.... the odd start every 3/4 months has happened without any drama..

Any advice or thoughts on what I might need to do to ensure it is running at its best when I put it back on the road ?

I am also in need for a good service .... any recommendations for a place in North West London / Watford that could do this for me ?

Thanks people...

Andy

not many places around ur way..best thing is check all the hoses/pipes and give the battery a good charge.start the car and give it a gentle run around not far from home just in case and make sure oil/water are all topped up and then take a relaxed drive without booting it down to re worx or hayward rotary to get them to give it a service
