Just a heads up!!
I got ripped off by this guy just before Chrismas so if you bid on any of his stuff be realy Carfull. I bought the 2 doors of him for £250 i sent the money to him and never receved anything back, it would seem he still has them and is now selling them on again with the car. He doesn\'t reply to E-mails and i even visited his house where i was told he does\'nt live even though he got my cheque when i sent it there??

what happens when you call the mobile number he\'s left? Maybe you could ask to view the shell he is selling.....and then take a few mates along....

I fear if i did anything like that it would get realy out of hand fast... I have called the 5 0 about it but they just say its a case for the small claims, so all that will happen is he\'ll vanish back to what ever rock he climbed out from and i\'ll get no further on. At the end of the Day its only £250 its not worth getting locked up for.
But i will have to do some thing just to put my mind at rest hes not laffing at me but thats between him and me ;)

Heres an idea. If we all click on the ebay link. Go to ask seller a question.
Then flood him with mild persuasive abuse. No phisical abuse to him or his company but generaly ask him why he is a T****r, W****r etc. You get my drift.
If he wont send the doors at least he will get annoyed.
I would be absolutly livid. :Grrr

cant you just report it to ebay and have his advert taken down??
I\'ve reported him before but e-bay don\'t seem intrested?
Report his new Ebay lising to ebay and tell them why. ie he is selling goods he no longer owns. They will pull his auction, that might get his attention.
Grab the small claims forms (think you can do them online now?) and get them registered, when they drop onto his doormat he will realise you mena business.
his postcode is STILL WF13PL according to him on the phone this morning....

Well today i spoke to the Citizens Advice, they have helped me quite a bit in setting up a small Court\'s Claim, I spoke to the police again and got an Incident Number as well for it to go through but he should be getting a nice letter through in the next day or so.
I also got an E-mail off him saying this...
"If i get any more stupid emails from you!
i will report you!"
So i wrote a reply telling him exactly what i plan to do, Also it should be good to see what Ebay does as they already know about this and i\'ve sent some Proof to them??
I\'ll keep you posted but i think he\'s getting the Picture. :)

The Listing may go off Ebay very soon as there ears pricked up as soon as i told them the Police / court are involved now and it was one of there add\'s i got ripped off from.

This guy is Funny!! He has been payed and has my Address (Works :)) i sent over 20 e-mails asking where they where to his E-mail, phoned him up 6 or 7 times and he said i have not contacted him ??? LOL he has £250 of my money does he realy think i\'d think ahh never mind?

I bid up to £120 on it, He did not reply to any of the emails i sent him about the item, Maybe there is no car at all, could have been an interesting transaction though....................................! but never mind....
Just been reading this thread, where abouts is this joker? if you need a small posse to turn up with you to collect whats yours either doors or money let me know I\'m sure a few others would help. "cough Kev cough" !

Cheers Guys but i am going to let the Court decide this one. Its not going to cost me any more if i do it or not so who knows?? they seem to think Will Legal costs, Baliffs etc he will be looking at more like £450-500.
I don\'t understand people like this? How does he know the Type of person i am? I could bee a 24 carrot Nutter?? I have his name address etc? What\'s stopping me going round there in a year or Two?
