just read about this drag car in puerto rico on the american site fc3s
anyone got any info or pics on it???
totally amazing if its true!!

The rotary scene in Puerto Rico is Crazy!

it\'d be interesting if it had as it\'d be the holder of the unoficial world record for a rotary I reckon.

the two quickest cars are both RX8\'s last I read. One in the US (Abel Ibarra) and one in Peurto Rico (Major League Rx8 ... siguel Racing tuned?) both are running in 6.7ish range.

It would be making a lot more than 900hp if it is running those times.  Haven\'t heard anything about an FC running those numbers.  Maybe a 7.6 - no way a 6.6.

Was about to say the same - if its 900hp running 6s the motor and running gear must be strapped directly to the driver!!

And yes Mike, the ML RX8 runs a Kiwi-RE short crank triple motor tuned by Siguel. Respec!

go to //www.teamfc3s.com  drag times  9 second club and its at the bottom.
it is siguels car but it doesnt say rx8 so i presumed it was fc!
opened a few peoples eyes anyway :Giggle

Hmmm, I can\'t find the link - do you have the direct link?

As far as I know, no rotary in the world has run a 6.6 as yet.

I reckon that time should actually be credited to flaco racing and Abel Ibarra as they have currently run a 6.7@204.35mph ... Major league has not matched that (yet?)

these guys are crazy
is the car running on nitro or methonol like a top fuel dragster or race fuel?

Wonder if its one of those 20B RX8 conversions. There seems to be quite a few of them kicking round state side and in PR.
