Title: What psi
Post by: big_spin_flip on February 10, 2006, 01:17:21 PM
Hi All,

Just a quick question....

What psi should i be running? I have 17" Advans, front is 235 wide, rear is 245.

Had the car off the road for a while (too slippery) and when i came back to it, the rear tyres had 10psi in them..... seems far too low?

As its 50/50 weight distribution I think is should be the same pressure for both front and rear - I notmally put mine to 32ish psi.  Have a look just inside the drivers door and it should be on a sticker  :wave

Ahh righto, but does that apply for aftermarket alloys as well as O.E. wheels? Do they not have different values for the wheel/tyre combo.

The tyres are Falkon Avensis btw.....

Honestly - I dont know! :King Put in 28psi if you need to use the car and when someone does have the knowledge then you can adjust accordingly  :Thumbs-up
