Ok this isnt one of them ideas where people ask about it just to wonder, im wanting to do this asap.
Basically like the norris design evo.
Is this possible to have one fabricated to exit the side of the front bumper or even just behind the front wheel?.
I know it is not roasd legal so i would just have it for track and show days, any comments guys??, cheers J
VERY VERY NOISY!
Also if you have a fluid leak from the engine then it could go under a tyre and the consequences are obvious.

Take the exhaust off the down pipe and rev the car...... make it louder and you will see VERY VERY VERY LOUD, but yes more that doable, it would have to come out behind the front wheel due to the position of the turbo\'s so it would be right under the window....
How crude! :flamed
Is it actually legal for a road car?
...oops, helps if you read post fully first ;) Ignore me!
Is it actually illegal? This is the zorst on my westie (tax & mot:))
Hmm, well im going to look into it, noise doesnt bother me as it would only go on 3 or 4 times this year, but then again ill see first!
My bodyshop is seeing if he can do that with mine, but I tried a few companys who make custom exhausts and they were un-interested.
My idea was to have the pipework run behind some customised sideskirts, with Carbon Fibre Race Cans exiting through them near the rear wheels.
Heat will be your biggest enemy, you will need alot of heat shielding if trying to run them along or inside or near the side skirts.
Dodge Vipers that were officially sold in the UK are not allowed to have side exit exhausts, they must run under the car and out the back. They have dummy exhausts along the sides of the car!

I remember the one Clarckson used on the TG test track - Had smoke coming out the sides from too much heat! Guess that was the American one then! :rollin
Yeah, that was one of the problems we were looking at as well as ground clearance issues.
It is something we are going to be doing testing on before final fit.
