Title: Rz/Rs Brakes?
Post by: Grizzly on February 01, 2006, 06:18:20 PM
Hi all.

I am looking into which models had the mazda brake Upgrade fitted to as std.

I know the RS / RZ had them fitted but i was told all the later 99 spec cars had them fitted too?

Is this correct? I\'m intrested to know which models/years so i can keep my eyes open :)

Cheers.

Chris

Hi Chris
I think all later 99 models had them fitted.
Was talking to Ross at Dragon the other day,he might have a set,he was taking them off a car and replacing them with KAD\'S.
Give him a ring, you might be in luck.
Cheers
Pete

Thought you needed 17\'s for the big brake kit, 99 RB had 16\'s

More power if you can notice a marked improvement - I couldnt and I know others who feel the same. They are still fcked after a couple of corners at the Ring and need a hundred meters more braking compared to a basic 4 pot AP setup :mmmm
