Title: High flow twins
Post by: FD3Typer2 on January 31, 2006, 08:16:13 PM
I am thinking of getting some high flow twins. The ones I have come across so far are

BNR Stage 3s (USA)
Knightsports RF 420 (Japan)
WGT High flow turbines.
99 spec OEM twins

I would prefer the BNRs, but as they need my old core it\'s a pain (and additional cost) to send them over even thought I have 2 spare sets in my garage.

Question is, has anyone had any experience with the WGT unit? How do they compare against the 99 twins or any of the others?

Cheers guys

Hi. I have turbo technics hybrid turbo\'s on my FD3. Pushing 1.1 bar at 8000rpm so boost isn\'t a problem and lag is very slight. I have no point of r3ference though as this is my first rex.
They were £1800 through Hurley Engineering. Excellent IMHO.
Regards
Jonathan
