got a note through the door, i have 48 hrs to move it what with it having no tax or insurance, otherwise it gets `removed`. i wouldn\'t mind if the car was usable but theres no interiour and theres a tarpalin over the front....

Do you have a nieghbour with an empt driveway, slip him a few nuggets a week and buy a cover for your car? have a look in the yellow pages for storage companies if all else fails mate.
nope only my gf\'s grandad has a drive but he\'s not too keen about me having it up there, yeh might have to turn to the yellow pages.

I am only the other side of york from you, about a hour and 1/2, I have space for storage, I also have a transporter trailer, only problem is that I sold my Tug Transit, my new one has not yet got a tow bar. Could be a problem to get it moved by tomorrow. How much would you want for the car if it came to that..

oh how long roughly could it take to take then engine out? i might see if i can rush it out before they try to take it out along with other bit i might need to put into TURBOIINUTTAR\'s shell, you wouldn\'t be free for some extreme parts stripping tomorrow would ya stu, you could have any parts other than engine diff gearbox and front wings ;)

the main bad points are paint work on drivers door front wing lacquer faded does need
some body work but no welding,interior needs clean ect bought as a trackday
car never got round to doing it AND ANYONE WITH PRICE AROUND 295 CAN HAVE

Right everything is sorted, its going to the garage for a fixing :), my mum lent me some cash so its getting welded, and everything sorted so it gets an MOT :)

hey things have changed yet again, the garage didn\'t want to do the car so i spent yesterday afternoon sitting in the car getting towed from keighley to scarborough, with no sunroof or seat belt :S, and it was bloody freezing! so i\'ll have the shell off you if the offer still stands!any idea when it can be picked up? i need to work out a way of picking it up from you now :S no way in hell i\'m gonna tow it back lol.

stu- thats where i\'m from and where my parents live, they happen to have a nice dry and warm garage and give us all a reson to go there for a weekend/week!and no its never simple was a very odd experiance been that close to a car for 2 1/2 hours.
alban theres more welding that needs doing than i thought , i saw it when it went onto the back of the waggan to the garage the chassis strengthening (2 bits beteen the sill and g.box tunnel) the reshell will probbly be easyer and i could make some money from it as well, and the lad that towed it back is also a trained machanic and said he\'d help me do any bits i needed doing, i\'m thinking of giving him a large amount of alcohol or money and letting him do all the work :P. we\'ll have to have a mini meet nr york some time.

:edit: theres not that much to change over since the interiour is staying striped and theres only the engine,gearbox.loom and diff that are big jobs to swap over.
