Freddy mentioned that its possible to mod the standard seats in an FD (mines \'93) so that they sit further back - almost touching the back seats.
If this is possible, could really do with this in mine, as passenger seat especially is pretty tight, and getting in under the steering wheel in the drivers seat is pretty tight as well.
Does anyone have any details of this?

You need to prioritise Allstar. It\'s far more important to sit in the car with loads of leg room than actually drive it.

Ha ha I\'ve got the same problem. I took my seat out over Christmas to have a look and had some thoughts about drilling and welding. Afterwards I started wondering if instead of modding the subframe, you could move the seat back with respect to teh subframe; it\'s held on with 4 bolts IIRC, maybe two right angle sections (one per side) bolted to the frame, with holes for the seat to bolt onto?

Depends on how slim ya girl is ;)
However, as mine is 8.5 months pregnant, I guess I\'d have to agree with that statement :) Although at the moment, doing that in any vehicle is a little tricky.
