Title: Wheel offsets - okay or not?
Post by: stu0x on January 18, 2006, 04:46:23 PM
Right I know the \'ideal\' wheel settings for an FD, but these are slightly out. However the dealer seems to think they\'ll fit an FD, so are they sufficiently close to work (perhaps with spacers)?

Fronts are 17x7.5s, offset 30
Rears are 17x8.5s, offset 40

PCD 114.3 on both

They might stick out a bit, plus they are quite narrow rims.

I wouldnt recommend the settings and they are far too narrow. Best stick with atleast 8.5 on front and 8.5-9.5 on rear when going 17".
