Title: Stick-on number plate - where from?
Post by: Tim Oldland on January 02, 2006, 08:14:04 PM
Evening all.

I\'m trying to find somewhere that will make me a vinyl number plate for the front of my FD.

I want standard font, spacing, etc but i want the plate to be 12x3"

Anyone know where i can get one made up?

Initial-D, can your vinyl mate do these?

Thanks

Or if you want I can do it for you?
Easy enough, just PM me the details and I\'ll nock one up for you on the correct reflective backing any size you want!
If you want to be just that little bit different I can do the text on the plate in:
gunmetal grey
carbon fibre ( real look stuff not the cheep printed pattern )
or the standard black
Deliverd: £10 for the grey and black text, £12 for the carbon text
if anyone else is interested, just PM me or email me at: rhi@d-signstudio.com

Cheers Jono, i\'m off to a place down the road called ValVil at 4pm, apparently they\'re cheap and good, but if they\'re more than you or are arsey about making a non-standard size, i\'ll mail you tonight.

Cheers

I used These Guys (http://www.craigsplates.com/).  I\'ve used the smaller motorbike sized font for the front on standard white reflective, without border, and have cut and shaped to size.  Looks fine and have had no problems it.
