Title: How very strange!
Post by: Ricco_04 on December 11, 2005, 02:23:48 PM
Ok, I have had no second tubbie for as long as I hav had the car - untill last night!!!!  :D  :D   My god, it\'s amazing!!!  :driving  :driving  :driving

So the only thing I have changed is that I got someone to fit one of those Apexi twin filter kits.  I have left the OE ducting in place to provide some cold air and cause it also looks neater.  Unfortunately though I have found out that one of the pipe\'s must have been touching the airpump pully and has worn a hole into it :mad

This wouldn\'t have made the boost come back would it? :confused

It is unfiltered air so I have a post in the wanted section (http://www.mazdarotaryclub.com/forums/showthread.php?t=20656) for another one!

I wouldn\'t think so but you could have free\'d up a vacuum hose that was stopping the boost while moving everything around.

Just be careful mate, many people have been caught out when the 2nd turbo kicks in. I try and avoid using it in the wet conditions.
