Do any of you know if I had Turbo II calipars on my 1985 car would have to change my off set for my alloys that I going to buy?

Or can I put normal 4x 14.3 pcd 40/38 off set 15" wheels.

Thanx.

The clearance for calipers really depends on the design of the wheels, some have lots of clearance and some have less. To some extent it will depend on how you plan on fitting the calipers, some of the kits they have over in the US change the offset of the hub too.

the base model rotors are unavailable in the UK (I believe all our 2nd gens had 4 pot brakes and 5 stud hubs)  would you be converting to 5 stud wheels ? or importing some US 4 stud rotors ?

The best place to find out about the CP racing kit would be the US forum I reckon, must be a few people who have fitted them by now ?

Let me get back to you on this.
I am in NZ at tne mo and I am looking at various brake conversions using Brembo, willwood and the 4 pot from the T2.
I also have another option up my sleeve but will know about that when we get back.
The weather is hot hot hot
