Whys that normski?

i havent driven the car in four days, she has been under a cover in the garage. I drove her to work today because its dry.

Why do you think she wont be in one piece next year?! these cars dont fall apart in cold weather hahaha.

Saying i  shouldnt drive the rex is like sayin i shouldnt drive a BMW m3 in this weather, which lots of people do.

Off to gym in a sec in the rx as the Punto is in the garage getting exhaust fitted and the MGF the wife has took to her mums so FD it is then, thankfully no quick roads on the way only 40mph limit.

Wait for the "crashed" thread in a mo now  :rollin  :rollin  :rollin

Struggling to be honest as my knee has still not recovered enough to do any training on it whatsoever, so i\'m stuck in a situation where if i keep training as normal the top half will look too big in comparison with my legs

So having to cut down alittle, just biceps and then 30 mins on bike tonight only  :(

Back training tomorrow  :)

How is the knee by the way.?surley you can start floor stretching exercises with the legs,it will do wonders for the thigh group muscles and calves, then you could go onto stomach exercises and build the eights, then a bit a cardio on the bike.. :spank  :cool

Struggling mate,

All i can do at mo is empty leg press, 2 bars on the leg raises, hardly anything on the calf raises, no squats at all.

Wasn\'t that bothered to start with but got me down on Tuesday when could only manage the empty leg press rack, can just about stretch but cant stretch the thigh area at all as knee wont bend back enough.

On a time scale i think another month will see good improvement  :yes

Stay away from the iron, cut your diet otherwise youl have to rip,cos youl put on the pounds quick, are you on synthetics(sp) ? cos that will speed up the healing process, maybe go onto some Creatine to help the healing but not gain mass.Going onto the leg press puts your knees in an unnatural position ! be careful bro...
Hurt my ankle and knee during training, went onto the leg press 2 weeks later, overcompensated for the hurt side and hurt the other knee !Take care

Don\'t recon that one! 2 miles not 10, silly!  It\'s all a laugh, till it goes down the drain.
