Ok Fellow chaps, and chapessssis. We are very near completion, Well, Pip is anyway. He is very excited, on how it\'s developing. As it\'s his prototype of the road user street version, insteat of the balls out race model. it\'s got to need to be usable, work well, deliver the goods. remain reliable -ish, and still maintain that great FD balance. So if this all works, which if I know Pip it will, all paterns have been taken, to turn more out for others. Cost, don\'t know. See him. But I think it\'s going to be one hell of a car! Road tests start very soon. THIS TIME OF YEAR! Ho ****. :yes . He is going to drive it! pip that is. He can get me new one if it\'s trashed. I hope not.....
You mst be like a dog with 2 tails
Also a very light bank balance............... :D
Seriously tho mate.....good luck to ya, i see your car when mine was there last week and pip told me the actual hard work of putting the engine in was done.....so....touch wood, its just the final fittings and fixtures that are taking place!
What turbo are you running btw??
Dan!!
Don\'t know anything about them, but it\'s a turbonetics T72, which he recons is about the same as a T88. Thats all I know. :yes
Almost want my engine to go pop so I could semi-justify this conversion!!!
Normski give us some pics man !!! :D
Sorry on the pics front. but Pip is saying he would like show thnigs at the end. Not when it\'s in bits. I do have some, taken about 4 weeks ago under the lid. But it looked like a junck yard under there at the time. Bits layed around. No Turbo, Just got some of the manifold half completed. I think he is going to stick some up on his website at some later date.
I know we are looking at well over 500BHP at the rear end. I don\'t know what that will be like to drive. Never been in anything that fast. I recon I could use a neck brace, as I have duff neck anyway. and race straps, and BIGGER brakes. It goes on and on!!!!! Money!!!!!!!!!!!
