I need the \'in\' and \'out\' fittings for a Bosch 044. I would like the ones which i can just push on rubber hose. Its not going in the tank.
Anyone know where i can them?

We have the out fitting on the shelf, never used an in fitting.
I will pop one in the post tomorrow if you give me a ring :cool
yes please clive, if the 044 isnt tank mounted, how do you get the fuel into it?
Kev, i tried my local Pirtek who i am quite friendly with, they didnt have anything but could order it in. The in is supposed to be M18 x 1.5.
What size bore should the in be to make sure its got enough fuel going in?
drill it out if you want more flow. The fitting that is:)
How are you setting it all up Tony? Feeding direct from the tank or using the stock pump into a surge tank then the 044 to feed the rails
Kevin
surge tank. filling it with my existing 040.
Ode to self, read the post properly !!
Give us a ring and we will sort you out.
For the in(low pressure) side on mine Tony I\'ve used commercial vehicle hose tails as used for air brake fittings with a Jubilee clip to secure the pipe. We use them daily for pressures of 10bar so surge tank pressure isn\'t a issue. I\'m running two 040 pumps in parallel think the fittings are the same.

thats what we are running on the tripple FD but they are in tank. We have just finished porting the engine and making new exhaust sleeves. Should make a healthy difference when its rebuilt. The manifold has been seriously set about with the die grinder. We are replacing the stock the throttle body with a huge one as well.
