Just thought i\'d give all on here a heads-up.
I\'ve been informed of these new OZ alloys, due to be released early next year. They are to replace the Superleggeras, and are 400g LIGHTER than them per corner in 18" size.
I think they\'re damn tasty and would go very well on a Rex, but this also means there\'ll be some hefty discounts going on Superleggeras when these come out..... Hmmmm.....
Did a (very) quick photochop to show what they\'d look like on my car.....
Nice wheels but need dish
:god dish
not keen if I\'m honest, like mullins said need a dish and also they aren\'t properly symmetrical which I don\'t like. Would prefer them to have even spacing between all the spokes not every other.
cheers

mmm, me like!
There might be a set of second hand superleggeras going cheap when these come out!
Have you seen the 3 piece (i think) superleggeras which have a bit of a dish, v expensive though think they were about 500 a wheel with no tyre in the size i wanted

Heres a piccy
If you do sell yours Scuttle, let me know, i\'ll be up for them!!!
I\'m pretty sure i\'d be able to find a buyer for my 17" BBS LM\'s...
Fair point Mullins, but its a case of each to their own i guess.
I really don\'t like dished wheels, i like the spokes to come right out to the edge of the rim......
Quotei like the spokes to come right out to the edge of the rim......
ditto :), but now im growing fond of dished wheels :)didnt like them at first but they are growing on me :). Will let you have first dibs matey, but the state of my funds at the moment think they will be staying put :D
As a compomise id have to go for 3 piece dished ultraleggeras, that would be nice :cool
never seen that dished leggera before scuttle, thats niiiice.
