Title: renewal time.
Post by: WeasleRx7 on November 05, 2005, 09:33:58 AM
Now fully insured for another year  :)

My renewal quote from AON was £860, which a few other companies could match or beat by a few pounds, but got a much better deal with Heritage now.

As a daily drive capped at 5000 miles (I only did 3500 last year), myself 29, 9 points, 11 years no claims (although they only count 5+ !), and my wife with a clean licence (without her on the policy it would rise by over £1000 more). Car is standard with exhaust and alloys listed.  All in for £617   :)

Not bad at all me thinks.  Nice guys to deal with too.

Yes it has to be capped, but you can pay a little more for a few extra thousand miles.

I think the next level was 8000 miles for another £200.  But don\'t quote me on that.

I\'ve also now got an agreed value of £9000 (required me to email interior and exterior photos of the car), so if the worst happens I know I\'ll get me money back.
