Title: Heater fans stopped working
Post by: allstaruk on October 27, 2005, 09:14:36 AM
Hi,

Got in the car this morning while laughing at my girlfriend cause her heater stopped working and the car leaks like a sieve, only to find that the fans have stopped working on mine.

The hot/cold adjustment still works fine as does the direction switch and the air con light comes on but when you turn the fans on i get nothing, I am sure this worked yesterday.

1st off any idea\'s what fuse there on, or could this be anything to do with the fact that I have been driving round with a headlight cover missing for a week?

Alan

Does anyone have a translation of the fuse box inside the drivers footwell, or is there a fuse anywhere for the fans.

if not the fuse,  try the relay/resister which is near the fan under the passenger side footwell

Its an FD sorry it was a quick cut and paste job from FDUK so i forgot to add which model, anyway its fixed now it was just a dodgy switch.
