on the back maybee ... but on the front ?! not with standard arches ?

I have 205/50R15\'s on the front of my series 3 and the clearance to the strut is less than a mm !

IIRC there is a load of room at the rear, but you would need to alter the offset of the rear wheels to suit (otherwise they will catch the outer)

ive been running 215/45/16 on the front for some time, i did take some metal off the front arch just incase but they run fine, i was just looking at the rears really as i\'d like a bit more rubber on the floor

you must be running a lower offset than I am either that or narrower rims (15x7\'s all round on mine)

if you know the offset of your front wheels stick them on the rear and measure how much room you have then decide how much wider you can go with the wheels and adjust the offset to keep the outer rim in the same place and add the width on the inner.
