Title: HKS FCON v PRO mapping???

Lads any1 know who will map 1 of these for me??

I mailed and tried to ring Ross from Dragon but no luck...! 1 of the lads over here said that he was able to map them..... New car is in in 2 weeks and il need to get it sorted as soon as she hits Irish shores.....

Any ideas??

i think tdi in essex may map these but they are not a common use ecu over here for rx7...apexi is by far the most widely used

Yea i have a Power Fc in my other FD but there only good for 550 brake and then u need a better ecu....

Dont know where you heard that!? thats a bit of Mis-information.
The Reworx car runs an Apexi ECU and thats been dynoed at over 570 at wheels well over 650 at the fly!!

BTW I think Abbey Motorsport can map the HKS ECU

HKS is better than the APEXI (so they say over at scoot) TDi is afaik the only place that map them in the UK but I am sure there are others.

Not that its only good for 550 brake but its not accurate over 550 brake.... Few lads i know have them in their big power skylines...

And thats the reason for Apexi bringing out a new ecu to replace the old 1....

Same range as the cuerrent fc id imagine... Heard it from a supplier in Japan that there supposed to be bringing out a new 1 to compete with better aftermarket ecu\'s out there and thats y there goin so cheap at the mo...

Hi

you could try TDI north over in warrington, Paul is a great guy and he is an official HKS Power-writer dealer so should be able to tune a FCON ECU.

Abby motorsport, TDI, Nemesis and dare i say RC developments can map these..... I would go with TDI out the 4 above

Not at liberty to say really mate as Leo(owner) is a gd friend of mine and its not my place to air his business on a public forum.I think he is keeping the name and still selling parts just not doing workshop or bodyshop anymore.Its all still up in the air at the moment
