Best bet is to have a look in the yellow pages for an alumium welder , http://www.yell.com/ucs/UcsSearchAction.do?keywords=aluminium+welding&companyName=&location=Bradford&searchType=classic&broaderLocation=WEST+YORKSHIRE%7CYORKS+AND+HUMBERSIDE%7CENGLAND%7CUNITED+KINGDOM&ooa=on
Go along with the pipe and have a look at some sample welds then get them to fix it. Easiest way really. I\'m looking at making some fresh stuff, but need to find a good alu welder nearby. Try pace motorsport for bends if they say they can\'t get hold of any in the right diameter.

i just got an email from a friend saying the best place to get pipes made up is a custom exaust specailist,, they can mandrel bend pipes off all diameters (but i think they only do steel not alluminium),,, ive also noticed that you can buy alluminium pipe kits from america (of ebay.com),,, but this would still require you to cut them to shape and get them welded... I think im gonna get a couple of stainless ones made then get them chrome plated....

Stainless pipe is very heavy compaired to aluminium, plus it can just be polished to a really good finish

my pipe is only about 1 foot long,,,i cant see the weight difference been that much difference unless you start talking about 3 meters and stuff,,,, some one got the density figure for alluminium and steel,, LOL,,,,ill do the maths

fusion fabrication sorted me out a treat with custom pipes for my intercooler.  A chap called Lee.

All you have to do is make them a set of templates and they do the rest.
