I paid for membership about 10 days ago but still have not recieved any paperwork. unfortunatly my insuance company want the comformation now. Can anyone help me??

Please email me your full name and address details to Lisa@mazdarotaryclub.com and I will check your details.

I always send an email the same day I receive a payment for membership and advise you of your membership number even though the membership pack may be delayed
