I thought l would share some pictures of mine and Lisa\'s RX-4 and take the opportunity to say thanks to Carl for trailering the car home in the first place, Richard for selling me the front bumper which was the only thing this car needed due to damage and Jase for the loan of a rear wheel cylinder so we could get it to the pod last weekend.
After being stored for 20+ years, Lisa still can\'t get over the fact that after being stored all this time and being driven just 2 miles on Friday, that we were able to then drive the car up and back to the pod with a round trip of around 300 miles, romping along at times at a nice steady 80/85 mph on the M1.
We had a couple of problems when we got to the track with dirty electrical connections, ( thanks to all who helped bump it etc) , but after standing all that time this was to be expected.
We hope to get the car painted over the winter so it will be as pristine on the outside as it is on the inside and get it to lots of events next year as I found at the weekend that this car not only brings a smile not only to my face but many others as well

Hi and Welcome to Mazdarotaryclub from all of us.
We did\'t make any changes to the brakes, just had to replace one back cylinder ( with help from a club member) and the brake shoes that l had relined.
Other than the bumper mentioned so far we have not needed any parts for the car :D
Phil if it helps, l have the damaged front bumper ( main middle section) that you can have for free.
Adam, l will take a picture of just the console for you and post it :)
it is good than you have all parts.
by the way - do you have some "wrecking yards" of maz rotarys? or something like used parts shop?
I found some parts in australia, but shiping would cost 2x part price :(
i need front and rear bumper, front end chrome trim. side indicator lights and some chrome trim. where to get all these parts ?
p.s. you just polished bumpers? they look verry good.
Thanks for the offer of the numper section clive :) Unfortunately the bumper for the later model is totally different so I don\'t think I could use it.
