This is my first post on this forum, as i should be buying a 1994 rx7 3rd gen today..... WOOHOO!!!!
Just to say this forum is EXCELLENT!!! so helpful when getting into the rotary scene.
Heres my question/problem....
Some one (muppet) has debadged it and left 3 holes where the efini bade should be... does anyone know where i can buy one of these emblem / badges?
Also, it has a roll cage in it, so if anyone wants it its here for sale.... any offers??

Covers the holes up nicely.

I just had a look, is that the front badge or one for the rear???
as i need the one for the rear where RX7 is written above an Efini oval thingy....
any ideas???
Its for the rear, you want the one that says \'grey rx7 bumper badge\'. It comes with a new efini emblem too.

im possibly taking it to the pod tomo, im defo going but not sure if im going to take the car.
theres an oil leak i need to take a peek at before i go ahead and part with the cash.
if its anything major with the engine, it shoudl eb covered under the warranty.
but ifs its all good im gonna take it up there.

Guildford area mate. There\'s a few guys area this area that meet up now and again, so keep an eye out for a post sometime. more than welcome to come along.
Hope you can get yor oil leak sorted out. If you do take your car to the Pod tomorrow and fancy a bit of fun on the way up, there\'s a bunch of guys meeting at J11 on the M25 @ 7am. Early start i know, but a lot of fun doing the convoy \'thing\'

How old is the car and what\'s the mileage? Is it a fresh import, also how bad is the oil leak?
If you do go ahead and buy then I\'m sure some of the guys will be happy to check out other things for you at the POD tomorrow. :yes

It happens to a lot of cars; the badges get roughed up and split or tear so the owner thinks "I\'ll debadge it, that will look loads better". Then they find the little holes in the rear bumper behind it! Dunno why they exist, as the badges are just self-adhesive?
Is it a half cage or full monthy?

Its a full cage as far as im aware, it runs down to the drivers feet.
the oil leak seems strange its below the oil filler cap, running on the spark plugs, i haven\'t myself seen it yet... but i got a vehicle inspection thing done on it and he said it looks fresh....hopefully something minor. i have a 2 year warranty on the engine and checked it out with rotechnics who rebuilt it and its transferrable and legit.
The engine has been back for its first service about 200 miles ago, the cars done 44k. hes got receipts showing about 5-6 k spent on the engine and new clutch etc etc
i\'ll try n bring it tommorrow, it was imported in feb this year, the guy im buying it off, imported it himself.
its a 94 type r2.
