In the Service Manual from the 1300cc site (pdf) it talks about some switchable suspension thingy for the 2nd Gen. I believe that it was a motorised actuator on each shock and a control box and switch.
Some of the wiring harness seems to be there, so it might be fittable to any 2nd Gen.
Does anyone have any more info on it, or indeed want to part with a kit of parts ;) - I like taking things apart and I feel an idea coming on... (actually I am a lazy sod and think it would be nice to adjust the suspension from the dash somewhere. :cool
Any help appreciated!
The only suspension that I know has this option is the Tein with ECD fitted.

Fish,
Some FC models did come with that option. I believe it was the on the US GTU version. Not sure about other models. The adjusting button(s) were located on the center console close to the handbrake, but since I don\'t have the manual with me, I won\'t be able to confirm which models came with it. I remember seeing it in the manual, though. Not sure how it works mechanically, so Im sorry. Prof, I hope I\'ve been of some help however. :cheers
