Post by: Sean on August 20, 2003, 10:54:10 AM
Does anyone know where I could trace a workshop manual for my  marvolous Mazda RX-7 Turbo II 13B, I need it to remove the engine so I can send it to WGT (2miles away), all thanks to those spanner monkey\'s of Reading!

I thought there was watch dog poeple to stop cowboy outfits these days?:flamed

There is one available at the Haynes website, and you can buy it online...

QuotePLEASE NOTE that these manuals are intended for petrol engine cars (except where diesel is specifically mentioned) built to US specifications. Whilst many of them are useful for the same make and model of car built for other markets, such vehicles may have different features, especially in areas concerned with safety and emission control. Please also note that these manuals have a soft (paperback) cover.
((from the Haynes website))

What do you want - blood???

I know what you mean, but it\'s the only one I know of...

Sean, make sure every pipe, wire, connection is labled clearly. The manual you are after does not explain in detail how to remove engine. Remove rad and cover to give you loads more room. Wiring harness goes thru bulkhead to ecu under plate in passenger footwell behind carpet. Disconect cables, clutch pipe and heater matrix pipes from bulk head. I found it a lot easier to lift engine and box out in one also makes putting it back easier as things are tight. let me know if you need anything else. PS how much as pip quoted you for rebuild. Cheers MARK.
