Title: Sva
Post by: muzzyd on August 19, 2003, 02:39:06 PM
Hey guys!
RX arrives in less than a week and I am thinking about preparing it for the SVA myself, question is would it be better to leave it to a company/garage to do this or is it more fun to do it yourself?

I am not than mechanically minded but willing to give things a try

I know that Geff@Reworx has become a bit of an expert and crowbarring these things thru the SVA and has a couple of gadgets that may help... apparently...

How hard is it to pass a SVA?

I have heard all sorts of diffrent storys about the Test, is there a Rule book somwhere?

For example do cars have to pass Emitions like a MOT and if they do how strict are they? There is lots of Fd\'s about with After market Exhausts Fitted etc that have passed basicly is there any Tricks to getting it Through?
