How much do you think it will cost in fuel to take the 7 up there?
Going from bedford to blackpool around 220 miles I think.
Undecided whether to take it or not.
Take it easy on the motorway. Just over 3/4 of a tank??

i have just done 220ish miles on £33 of optimax, but as mine only as 350 miles on it now i was taking it very easy.

wasnt that good when a corsa full of chavs flew past.
I went to Warwick on Sat morn, approx 240 miles return, that cost £70 in a Lexus. Should be similar.

Take it steady and I can do 250 miles on a tank, so £60.
I find if I slap the cruise control on at 70 it uses hardly any fuel, upping speed to 80 and it seems to use a substantial amount more.

Did 210 miles and it cost £50 - steady driving 80mph with a bit of fun now and again ;)
whent to liverpool from mine the other week - 400 mile round trip and I did it on £70 ish, taking my time though ( with the odd play moment ) and my engine has done about 50000 miles!!
So if she\'s standard I\'d take a guess at £75 - £80 round trip!
You could have a sweep stake on this, £1 to enter... Guess the fuel bill for round trip.... winner takes all :D !!
