Title: My new respray
Post by: Welsh Dan on August 30, 2005, 10:56:36 AM
Finally got around to getting my car resprayed properly, after me crashing it and getting a few little bits of bodywork done. Its Aprilia Giallo Brio, with the wheels and lights in Audi Black Magic. Not to everyones taste, but the colour is amazing in the daylight!

Just need to get the WI and fuel injectors fitted now, and then it can be mapped. Can\'t wait!  :chat

That looks well nice!

Ok, few questions for ya in that case:

1. How much?
2. Did you remove the engine/How stripped down was it?
3. Where, and how much, did you get those front lights?

ok.

a - £400 + paint, by my flatmate in a self built booth.

b - all doors, door cards, boot panels etc came off. The top of the struts in the engine bay, along with the slam panel was done as well, although the engine wasn\'t removed. I\'m going to do that at a later date and get the engine bay done then

c - The lights are ebay specials. Think they\'re about £180 odd and theres quite a few of us on here with them

 :yes

Very nice mate. You got it just right.

A big GT wing would spoil it in my opinion. :)
