I was wondering if any one has brought one of these kits yet. It says that the down pipe is for lhd rx7 and needs modiflying to fit . was wondering would would be invovled?

Mking a major dent where the steering column is. That would just about cover it.

If i put a dent in it will it mess up the flow of the pipe? And if so would it even be worth fitting it?

What do you mean standard mate. Is it the stock mazda one?
Yeah its the JDM spec one (ie. Its not the precat)
Personally I think the Mazda one would be better than an ebay item, but I have thought about the ebay decat :)

US and UK versions, us Jap spec boys are ok :)
would it still be worth changing it to a better one? I think my cat has had it it keeps rattling when you let off at slow speeds
A little bit late I know but I bought the same one from ebay and decided to stick with the jdm downpipe and just fit the decat, and when my rex was at reworx recently on the rolling road they said that my exhaust system was really good flowing.
It also looks to made pretty well, the only thing its that it doesn’t have a hanger but I’ve had no problems without one.
