Hello recieved the replacement today and its exactly the same any ideas.  Or is it another shaged convertor?

Could it be the crapy ecu that has been put in it.   With no speed or rev limits at all?

And the trip is still reading km not mph

Cheers jamie

The trip will always say KM but it is miles once it\'s sorted, it won\'t be anything to do with the ECU as all the chip is doing is converting the signal that you must have for your speedo to work.
The speedo does work in KM/ph doesn\'t it?

its fitted right but it seems to keep cutting out.  I was doing 70mph down the motor way and i kept on dropping to zero.  Im going to take it off again tomorrow and try and get a good live from somewhere and solder all the joints

No the speedo is in mph but the trip seems to be counting up a bit quick like its in KM.  Let me get this right its the central white conection block and the yellow and red wire?
