My Aquamist system 1s has just landed on my desk, along with a dds2 kit, which comprises a flow sensor and bargraph display to show water consumption.
Look at: //www.aquamist.co.uk
My engine is coming out Saturday, so next week I should be able to fit the kit and following running in of the engine, I will test the effectiveness of the system.
Some of you may know that a few engines have popped lately on high speed runs, including *ahem* mine :(
I\'m hoping that the system should help run cooler combustion temperatures and allow a leaner fuel mixture as well!
You never know, I may actually save fuel, whatever next!
Anyway, for those interested, I will take some piccies of the install and do my best to log before/after figures for everybody\'s benefit.
Can\'t find anything on the web about water injection on rotaries, not even from Oz or Stateside :(
PS: Fish??? Where\'s my water tank??????
Regards
Max
Max, I\'ve got the cardboard, just need 15 mins to cut it to size and pass on to the fabricator.
