Title: BIG thanks to RX-Heaven!
Post by: Frankie on August 03, 2005, 09:44:28 AM
Thanking RX Heaven in Horsham for an excellent job on my car which was also done very quickly so that i got it back in time to attend a Jap meeting at Ace Cafe.

With the rear bushes now done it is so much better to drive.  I used to have to turn the stereo up loud to drown out the clunking sounds coming from the rear, but not anymore.  Also as it was there decided to have the oil changed, fuel and air filters changed and they even supplied and fitted an undertray.

Very impressed with the service and car feels like new, highly recommended!

In my own personal experiance unfortunatly i can\'t say the same..... i bought a car from them last September and i have only just managed to get it sorted out, i also found the after sales service left something to be desired... but as i said thats my own personal experiance.

McCARTHY, sorry to hear of your bad experiance, like Frankie I have only good things to say about them, all the work they have done for me has been top quality and done in decent time, I\'ve never had a problem with customer service either.

I have to 3rd what Frankie and Kieron have said.  I bought my RX-7 from Nigel almost a year ago and it\'s been superb  :3gears-lh .  Cant fault the after sale service level either.  I\'m one very happy customer  :D .

Martin.

Here is my car.  It came with a complete engine rebuild and new clutch.  Since then all it has needed is just general servicing and a set of brake pads.

So far I have racked up 9000 very fun and faultless miles.

I to have used Rx-Heaven and can agian only say good things about them. I had a bit of a major oil leak going on, but i took it over to them and they managed to find the problem and sort it out easily.

They\'re service was great, although you have to watch them as they\'ll try to sell you all the mods they can ha ha "So Adam, is it the FMIC or single turbo conversion today?" :rollin I\'ll be going back soon for ECU fittment and mapping.

I use RX-Heaven, in fact my car is going into them next week for its oil change after they rebuilt the engine. I must say I have not had any problems with them at all.

They are always trying to sell me new shiny bits for my FD too! :rollin It\'s just part of being a small business, trying to maximise sales. They must think I\'m richer than I actually am! :p
