Mates RX7 is having a few problems, it pops and bangs alot. tried many ecu\'s in the car with different settings and came to the conclusion (hinted by someone) that the fuel pump will be on its way out
wanted to know what fuel pump he can use, heard something about a supra fuel pump???
mime did this too: was a problem with the MAP sensor.
If your mate has a fair few mods, intake, exhaust etc, it will probably pop/bang and flame due to the mods.
Best way is get a programable ECU and then the correct amount of fuel etc can be regulated properly.

Clive it pops and bangs under acceleration not off the throttle and doesn\'t pull correctly, i.e. sounds like boost cut or not getting enough fuel. Although I haven\'t been in it, but this is what has been described to me.
