Tell them your\'e insurance company won\'t cover you for business use, (which they won\'t), if they want you to travel around for them its upto them to get you a hire car.
Cheeky s*ds.
What do they know about rx7\'s anyway!

hehe to be honest that was my next thought 8oD

the insurance co will cover me but it would be under \'multiple plases of work\' and will cost me big money especially as im 22.....

then again i might just claim the petrol money etc and borrow my dads car.....

they have offered me 40p a mile which aint too bad

oh and i must reming them its optimax or nowt......

10k miles == £4000
cost of petrol at 18mpg == £2390 reg £ 2600 opti

lol they got their info from  :

http://www.carsdirect.com/research/mazda/rx7/1993/base

for a start thats an american car ffs

I ran mine down to Cardigan to pick up a lorry and it cost them £126 for a 3hr return journey. Having said that I wouldn\'t do it again for them.
 Mine does 18mpg when driving it hardish. But if you can control yourself and keep the turbo,s from kicking in I have managed 33mpg. Not as much fun though.

If you were doing a lot of driving, wouldnt you rather be driving the 7 rather than whatever they hire you, - lets say a diesel panel van? So it might mean a little bit us subsidy from you , but you have to weigh up the fun/cost factor! :-)

I am now doing a lot of miles for work

They offered to pay the insurance and mileage but I wouldn\'t want to put so many miles on the car, wear and tear etc etc

I use mine for work occasionally and claim back the 40p per mile.  It costs me about 20p per mile when you do all the sums.  However, if i borrow the girlfriends Tigra, it costs about 10p.

Simple answer, use the RX, far more smiles per miles....
