I\'ve done a search and there doesn\'t seem to be much info on suspension kits. I\'m looking for a kit for my FD, but I don\'t want to screw the on-road handling by buying a kit that\'s too stiff for UK roads. You see, although I do the odd track day, most of my driving is on the public roads and there\'s nothing I like more than a B road thrash.
So, can anyone give me any ideas/experience/advice on which kits would give me a good fast road set-up? The budget is about £1000.
Cheers,
Matt
The Tein stuff seems to be getting good reviews. IainT and James Barring have it and love it.

\'tis true. We\'re running the Tein Flex system and I\'m 100% happy with the results - better than it was before with knackered stock dampers and stock springs. Ride is more compliant in the standard setting and has the ability to be adjusted stiffer or softer. Good quality and a decent price.
OK, thanks for that. Yeah, I\'ve read a lot of good stuff about the Tein Flex kit and it fits my budget.
Cheers
Hi Matt,
Coincidently,we do a special MRC price of £998 inc VAT and delivery for the Tein Flex kit and we even put fitting/ set up instructions in as well !.

Ahh much better :)
i fitted tien flex\'s to my car and the improvment was fantastic. one critisisum i have is its it tops out on bumps if you go FAST enough. this is due to the struts being shorter than stock so they dont have the travel.
maybe i need rally spec :rollin .suspension is only any good if the wheels are on the floor.
