Title: wastegate staying open

i have a HKS external wastegate and its constantly open can anyone give me any help or advice please

if its really old it maybe a dodgy diaphram or spring.

What are your symptoms, no boost control ?

No boost control but its chucking loads of exhaust gas straight out of it
