Hi, Ive got a mate just around the corner and his FD wont start unless its towed (BTW i\'ll also mention he been running it on next to nothing of oil). If he doesnt keep the revs high enough it\'ll cut out, also it sound a bit ruff to say the least!
His mods are;
Re amemiya ECU
Re amemiya intercooler
Re amemiya induction kit
Re amemiya rear back box
cat removed
bigger down pipe
Ive got a small video of it running so if anyone can host for me so peeps can listen to it and tell me what they think it\'ll be much appreciated!
Cheers Scott
Fire to me scott, i\'ll stick it up: rich@reworx.com

Cheers Rich, you da man!
Think we is going to try a compression test next, it did have one last august with eights alround and hes only done around 1500 mile since then.
Come on guys, we could do with some help here!!!!!!!
Scott
Vid doesnt work mate.
Mates FD would start on 1 rotor, took a lil time tho and was super slow. drove to derby and back on 1 rotor (40 miles journey) :)
link dont work
Most of the time you can get them to fire up on one rotor, but why would you want to? If theres a set of knackered seals in the other rotor then surely you are running the risk of wedging a tip seal and that will cost you lots of ££££. Why\'s he been running it with little/no oil? If he\'s done that for 1500miles then it would all tie up and equal a worn pair of housings and seals.
Ok, just been told its shot a tip! and its down to the ECU.
Scott
yeah he has shot a tip due to the re ecu needing jap fuel (which it was mapped for ) and now is lookin at a £3000 rebuild...unless we have a go at it ourselves ....ive done my crank on the 205 before but is it a huge task or ....?????
Right click on the link and SAVE TARGET AS this seemed to work for me.
