Hi Brian,

like the tyres,  ho wide are they?

So are you sticking to the TII engine block for your FC?, not following some and fitting an REW engine.  What Turbo are you running?

At least this diff should stay in one piece, as its attached to the chassis.

£5 says he blows the diff out the casing.:D

tyres are 275 width.
I only want 400rwhp in turbo II which the stock block in more than capable of handling. I\'m a bit funny about certain things.
If I have a fb I would only want a 12 a engine an fc an fc 13b t engine an fd a 13b rew engine. I\'m not into swapping plates etc.
That\'s just me though, no offence to anyone who does.
Turbo is a blitz k27 turbo.
I wnder what the odds are at william hill for my diff being intact by the end of rotorstock:rollin

from my understanding of legal yes!
When I sva test and mot cars the only requirement for road legal is that the tyre has a load rating, a speed rating and correct tread depth across the tyre.
Probably not for rotorstock which is what I guess your referring to?
I was planning on running in f1 class so I can whoop Tims purple hybrid phingy with a turbo bigger than his engine:D

Sounds good Brian. Yeah, i was refering for RS as they won\'t pass for F2. The Savanna cup is also up for grabs, for the quickest FC. A bit miffed that it was not included in the Rotary Revs/trophy line up.

NO No No... The Savanna cup was presented last year, and i want to keep it going every year. Your prize is great, but you will probably keep that... If you want, i can present the Savanna cup to the quickest FC in the F2 class, or visa versa.

ok no probs. Actually I am not running my fc at rotorstock it is in no way setup for drag racing. Plus I need to get an ecu and get it mapped. I am waay behind time in getting the t51 ready at the mo due to some family problems of recent. So the turbo is gonna be neglected for a while until I get everything sorted on the t51. I might bring it down just for show though.

lol nice Glen.
Actually th only reason it don\'t looks like that is that Tim scared me off with bad fuel consumption etc etc but my heart was set on a half bridge. I guess my wish has come true:D

Brian your gonna need a bridge! Were just doing a half bridge FC for a customer. Has a T88 etc and should be rather rapid. Should be some good competiotion for your purple one.

Post by: bnaellis on May 06, 2005, 07:27:41 PM
The purple one isn\'t fighting, I don\'t have time to get water injection, ecu and get it mapped before rotorpop as I have too much left to do on the t51.
I\'d lay the smackdown on the t88 in my t51 though:D

Not really I spent a few minutes speaking to the guy driving a gold gts at rotorstock, complementing him on a stunning car etc.
I don\'t remember his name now! I presume that\'s Mark?

My cars don\'t blow up, but I have had some interesting diff incidents in my past. Don\'t listen to air head Matt on here.
I now launch my 500+bhp rx7 at 6500rpm
with a stock diff consistently, with no problems whatsoever, but I guess the reputation of my past will stick forever at least while Matts alive anyway :burnout
