Post by: Jono FD3 on May 02, 2005, 08:16:10 PM
Just wondering if it would be an idea to put an oil treatment in the motor?

I\'ve got an addetive called Active8 which I use in my mini, which puts the STP treatment to shame! eliminated a noisy timeing chain in 10 mins!! :rollin

so I thought I\'d check with you guys befor I put any in!! Any thoughts on the subject???

Cheers

Jono

Personaly l would not want to put any additive in a Rotary that l did not know 100% was proven in a Rotary for fear of breaking the seal between the tips and the Rotor housings and ending up with no compression!!!!.

Hope this helps
