Hi, I need to remove mine as it\'s snapped off near the actuator and wanted to make my own, does anyone know if there\'s an easy way to reach around and work (blindly) the cable out of the doorlock mech itself? I tried and failed but I can\'t picture what the mech looks like by feel. The only solution I could see was to remove the cables running from the doorlock mech to the outside doorhandle, then pull the entire mechanism out. I tried this and it looked like I was going to be asking for a lot of trouble getting everything back together again so stopped :)
Note that this is just the doorlock cable, and not the door opening handle cable.
Any help appreciated.
