OK so is there anything stopping me turning on the Bose standard system? The display shows the time but the on/off knob doesnt seem to do anything?
If it was locked out doesnt the display show \'ERR\'?
Help Im going insane trying to work out what is up with it :)

For completness on thread. Fixed it! Damn stereo also is wired thtough the cig lighter fuse - which had blown. So clock working but without cig fuse no power! Go figure :)
