thats the AST - Air Seperation Tank. Part of the cooling system. If you open it the car starts its self destruct process.

O i see lol, im not opening it then :)..
Just going to go and top the coolent up and leave tha cap off and start her up, just to see if the waters starts to boil and bubble..
Fires up first time now, just doind a few checks to see if the engine needs a rebuild.. :confused:
The plastic AST\'s do have a tendancy to split so get a Aluminum AST as one of your first mods :) about £100 approx.

K im gunna have a go at explaining the ast thingy lol ( what i think mayber) lol..
I reckon the if you open it, air gets into the coolent system causing air blocks which cause your engine to overheat and blows the water seals mayby lol.. im most likely to be totally wrong lol so dont go by what i say :rollin

Dont fancy the single turbo road, sounds a bit tricky lol.. i`d like about 400 bhp if i can but it needs to be reliable, wasnt going to tune the car but What the hell lol..

T04R / T78 / TO4E / T04S / T88 and so forth single turbos :)

There are plenty of options if you want to go down that route. Take a look at some of the vendors for turbo options. ( Dragon have a few turbo options)
k buddy cheers, so whats the most reliable was of adding a few horses then? iv got a stainless exhaust and filters, thats it lol, any other small things i can do..
I would look at the intercooler, filters, and exhaust sytem. But before you go much further get an apexi power FC with a commander. That way you can get the engine remapped to run safely with any new mods.
Might be worth looking at bigger injectors from there? You can get more power but not without uprating turbo\'s which will cost you.
It would be worth looking at clutches and things like that as well.
