Title: Spoiler removal?
Post by: Steve Burnett on April 03, 2005, 12:50:09 PM
Im trying to remove my stock 94 FD spoiler. I have it all off except one little anoying arse of a nut!
The nut and stud are just spinning around together. The nut of course is in an awkward position and not easy to get any sort of access to. Can anyone help thats removed their spoiler ar just help in general.
I was hoping to fit it today but thats looking less likely.

I had exactly the same thing happen to me. The captive end is just sort of set into the plastic with a little dollop over the top of it, no wonder it broke loose. In my frustration I ended up taking an angle grider to the spoiler, that showed it who\'s boss. Ha ha.
