Title: Plugs for heavily modified fd??
Post by: jamie_eaton on March 30, 2005, 09:56:28 PM
Right then we thought we would give mine a good service whilst, putting the new manifold and t88 on and was just wondering which plugs i should go for?.
I understand there are a few options to take, think i had 9\'s all round should i keep with them now, or change due to bigger tuning modifications.
The car isnt really a daily driver so to bare that in mind.
Oh yes and i plan on buying the hks twin spark ignition module very soon.

You\'ll be needing colder plugs, either 10, 10.5 or 11 NGK\'s.

The 9\'s won\'t cut it beyond around 0.9 bar on a big single turbo like that, it\'ll start misfiring.

Most of the suppliers in the banners above sell them.
