Does any one know where I could get clear indicators for my RE Amemiya AC037 front end?  As you can see below they are a bit yellow, however the Rotary Xecret7 car wears clear ones??? (but dont respond to emails!!!)

You can get clear ones, they fit well, mine where a squeeze but they fitted, however they are very expensive, you will be looking at  between £80-£100 each lense! Re Amemyia are not cheap!

Your side lights also work in the same unit giving you a yellow side light, which is an MOT failure. So you will need to replace the lenses for clear ones...

I got mine from Chris at rising sun imports, best to get a price from him and Jeff at reworx.

Cheers

Are they the same lenses as yours Don? To my knowledge RE-A only do one clear lense kit for these types of bumper - the price looks about right too, probably in the region of 160 for the pair. Nice!

I found the cheapest option was to spray them black!  The side lights were transferred into my fog light pods.  They passed this years M.O.T. and the Police havent stopped me yet!  Â£15 for a can of spray or £160 - £200?  Hmm...  ;)

They look exactly the same shape. Its actually a bosch part, i tried to get them from bosch as i would imagine they would be far cheaper than reamemyia but didnt have any luck finding them never mind getting a price....

I know have two large bouncer type fellas protecting each side, they dont like trying to keep up when i accelarate though! ;)

You haven\'t still got the part no. have you mate?  Just to save removing mine and probably snapping something (just my luck!).

My mate works in the parts industry and may be able to find a cheaper price if they\'re Bosch.

Fingers crossed!

I was looking to get some clear indicators for mine, still havent had any luck.  I did find someone who could get some but they were £96 including delivery (from RE-A in Japan), and mine are a lot smaller than yours.

This is the guys email:  transcars@gmail.com name is Freddy.  He is very helpful, actually said for that price you would be better off getting some fabricated.  Which is something I would like to find out about.

Yeah, looking like it\'ll be either a self fabrication job, find a fabricator or tint them!  Removed one on the weekend and they are deffo an RE part, even stamped on the glass.  I was hoping that I would be able to find a similar motor with clear lenses, but no luck at the moment (unless anyone else has any ideas on similar cars).

Will give you a shout when I make a decision in case it helps anyone else!;)
