Title: Billet Alloy Pulleys

I have started a project to machine some billet alloy pulleys for my rx, I am going to replace the crank shaft, water pump, alternator, idler and power steering pulleys. I don’t have air pump so won’t need this one. I will do a progress report and include some photos.


Crankshaft pulley first op on the machine.

well hold your horses, if you look closer you will see that the alternator is in bits ready for polishing.:)

Si have you been spying on my sketches? If you look again at picture of alternator pulley, the front edge is bigger than the back. This is to allow for the final op, this is to allow for your request.

I have now managed to put some more time on this project. Now have powersteering pulley done, except for spline.

Crankshaft pulley now complete and looking good. Shame about air conditioner pulley, but it does look worse under flash.
