Title: Hi there, i\'m new, anyone from the Northwest on here?
Post by: andyhazza on March 03, 2005, 11:32:09 AM
Hi everybody, i\'m contemplating gettin a 3rd gen RX7.  I was wondering if anybody knew of any rotary specialists north of birmingham that are good? They all seem to be in the south and a long way away from me in manchester.

Many Thanks

Hope you take the plunge and join the Rotary Community. I\'ve had an insane grin on my face ever since i bought my rex in January.

Pip at WGT Autodevelopments in Northwich is the man you need. Has done some work for me, and i have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him.  He certainly knows his stuff.

nice to see someone else on here from the north west area :)

Pip is your man to be honest - and is based in northwich ( cheshire )

if you can , come along to the north west meet - probablty a good idea for you to speak to some owners and see what they say

if you have any questions - feel free to ask them here - this is what the forum is for

take care

Blimey and you guys never mentioned mascarat manor meet. Just how far north of birmingham are you ? We always have a really good meet with lots of jap car at junction 21 of the m6 on th second monday of the month. Its a pub with a big(ish) carpark just at the exit of the motorway and they have good coffee as well !

I have to agree with pip at WGT, he rebuilt my engine and its lovely. Just waiting for my intercooler and its going back to get tuned (ARRR, still waiting of the intercooler !).

Im about 100miles north of birmingham, in Preston !

Hopefully Cya soon

Thanks everybody for all your input. I was really unsure about getting an RX but knowing there are several members near by with a good rotary specialist near me aswell, fills me with confidence. Woot

So how often are your meets? Also where abouts is mascrat manor? I\'m in bolton.

Thanks y\'all
