Title: auto to manual conversion?
Post by: hawker182 on February 19, 2005, 07:59:45 PM
Hi i have just picked up my new 88 Rx7 Turbo  convertable but was wondering if its possible to convert it to a manual as it has an autobox. If so do you know of any companies who carry out the work (am based in the midlands) and what sort of price i\'d be looking at?

Cheers Adam

Hi,
it can convert to manual and it requires a Flywheel, propshaft, clutchplate and cover, maybe 2nd hand e.c.u for gearcharge senor( i think, not sure!).
Back diff is an 3.9 ratio,not a 4.1.
Bye Ian .
